INGREDIENTS PER 3 PEOPLE
chicken breast slices, 11 oz
white flour, enough to coat the slices
sage leaves, One for each chicken slice
ham slices, One for each chicken slice
butter, 2 tbs
Coat chicken slices with flour.
On each one put a slice of ham and a sage leaf.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and when it’s ready cook the chicken saltimbocca.
Cook on each side untill well browned, serve hot.
