INGREDIENTS PER 2 PEOPLE

slices of fresh salmon, 24,6 oz
Sorrento lemon, 1
fennel seeds, 0,35 oz
olive oil, 0,70 oz
salt, a pinch

PROCEDURE

In a bowl, marinate salmon slices with lemon juice and fennel seeds for three hours.
Turn the grill on to medium heat and cook the slices of marinated salmon about three minutes on each side.
Salt it.
Put the fish in a serving dish and season with oil and fresh oregano.
