That’s why we created the new video format “How-to”, where each episode is dedicated to a typical Italian product: Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma, Speck Alto Adige, Prosciutto di San Daniele, but not only.
A collection of video tutorials available on the 100per100 Italian platform (link to the how-to page), where an expert will guide the professional, in language, to the discovery of Italian agricultural and food excellence.
How to recognize authentic products, first of all, through the protection marks; how to portion a wheel of cheese or how to bone a ham, for example; how to cut and preserve the product once used.
The How-to format is just one of the many educational initiatives of I Love Italian Food and aims to be a real guide for all professionals who are about to handle an Italian product, who want to be sure to use an authentic product and above all to do it in the right way.
