INGREDIENTS PER 6 PEOPLE

cream, 14,1 oz
milk, 3,4 fl oz
sugar, 1,7 oz
grated parmigiano parmigiano reggiano, 5,3 oz

PROCEDURE

Put the sugar with cream and boil, stirring with a spoon.
Turn off the heat and slowly add the Parmigiano Reggiano until melted.
Put into Gelataio cylinder.
The gelato will be ready in 30 minutes. Decorated with fresh mint.
