INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE
sugar, 5, 3 oz
cream, 3,5 oz
milk, 3,5 oz
zucchini, 1 small
basil, 3/4 leaves
Mix the sugar with the egg using a whisk.
Using a mixer, process the zucchini until you get a creamy texture.
Add the cream and milk.
Mix everything together and pour slowly in the machine previously cooled down in the freezer.
Wait for 30/40 mins for your gelato to be ready.
