INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE
Sugar, 3,5 oz
Cream, 7 oz
Medlars, 7 oz
Diced candied orange, 3 tablespoons
Mix the sugar with the egg using a whisk.
Peel the medlars and process them with a mixer, until you get a creamy texture, throwing away the seeds.
Add the cream and mix everything together. Pour it slowly in the machine previously cooled down in the freezer.
Wait for 30/40 mins for your gelato to be ready.
