Sugar, 3,5 oz
Egg, 1
Half lemon juice
Cream, 7 oz
Grape juice, 3,25 oz
Grated lemon zest, 1 teaspoon

PROCEDURE

Mix the sugar with the egg using a whisk.
Mix everything together and pour slowly in the machine previously cooled down in the freezer.
Wait for 30/40 mins for your gelato to be ready.
