INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE

Champignon mushrooms, 10,5 oz
corn flour, 1,5 cup
egg, 2
salt, to taste
peanut oil, to taste

PROCEDURE

Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices lengthwise.
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, meanwhile preheat oil at 385°F.
Dip the mushrooms in the egg and then in the corn flour.
Fry in abundant hot peanut oil for 5/6 minutes, until they are golden brown.
Add salt and enjoy them warm.
