New York, December 3, 2025 – In the refined setting of the Rimadesio showroom on Madison Avenue—an authentic temple of Made in Italy design in New York—a special evening transformed the pre-holiday atmosphere into a tribute to Italian elegance and gastronomic culture. The event was conceived to celebrate the excellence of our country, where wine and food became the privileged language for conveying local identities, stories, and artisanal knowledge. Taking center stage in the toast were the Consorzio Vini Doc Delle Venezie—represented through the voice and communicative flair of influencer and brand ambassador Alojz Felix Jermann—and House of Made in Italy, which continues to champion Italian authenticity through events that foster connections and inspiration.
Designed as an informal yet refined networking moment, the evening brought together journalists, sommeliers, institutional representatives, and industry professionals, offering them an opportunity to reconnect, share perspectives, and strengthen relationships within a space that embodies the best of contemporary Italian design. Enhancing the sense of conviviality was the culinary contribution of Chef Raffaele Solinas, owner of Osteria Brooklyn and vice president of the Associazione Italiana Chef New York, who, together with House of Made in Italy, presented a dish that beautifully blended identity and innovation: a risotto creamed with Pinot Grigio delle Venezie, enriched with Parmigiano Reggiano and fresh truffle. A culinary gesture that appears simple, yet is rich in meaning, where the wine of the territory engages in dialogue with two emblematic symbols of Italian tradition.
The result was a collective toast uniting different worlds under a shared idea of excellence, reaffirming House of Made in Italy as a cultural platform capable of elevating Made in Italy in all its forms—from design to cuisine. At a time of year dedicated to good wishes, the event offered an authentic way to celebrate the beauty of relationships and the strength of a community that continues to believe in the value of Italian quality around the world.
House of Made in Italy is a project by I Love Italian Food and the Columbus Citizens Foundation, carried out with the support of the Italian Trade Agency and ENIT, and with the backing of Coldiretti and Filiera Italia.
