After more than two years, I Love Italian Food returned to New York City with a successful event at the Summer Fancy Food Show 2022.

The promotion of our beloved Made in Italy on U.S. soil actually never stopped and even in these pandemic years we continued to meet professionals and promote our know-how.

However, June 12 was the moment when we were able to meet again in person with all the collaborators who have always believed in and supported our project, and the occasion was the Aftershow, an evening under the banner of Made in Italy that represented one of the central moments of promoting Italy in NY on the occasion of the 66th edition of Summer Fancy Food.

In the modern setting of the renovated Renaissance Chelsea Hotel, the team of Ristorante Cotto delighted guests with a menu created specifically for the evening by Executive Chef Fabrizio Facchini, offering high quality products and great classics of Italian cuisine. From appetizers based on Pecorino Toscano and Prosciutto Toscano to pasta cacio e pepe, from Tiramisu to Millefoglie, accompanied by a glass of Prosecco DOC or classic Italian aperitifs, such as Spritz, Negroni and Americano.

Numerous guests attended the Aftershow dinner: chefs, restaurateurs, trade associations, institutions, and icons of Italy in the world all toasted to Made in Italy together with I Love Italian Food.

It was a moment of great enthusiasm from which new opportunities were born to give increasingly effective support to our agrifood excellences and their producers.

The Aftershow is a project realized thanks to the support of: Cut&Share, Consorzio del Pecorino Toscano, Consorzio del Prosciutto Toscano, Consorzio di tutela della DOC Prosecco, Rizzoli Emanuelli, Pastificio dei Campi, Vicenzi.
