The Event

Following the success of the UK edition of The Italian Show last May, I Love Italian Food and the Federazione Italiana Cuochi UK are reuniting to present a new event format for professionals, entirely focused on the world of pizza and pasta: The Italian Show – Pizza Edition!

Educating, tasting and promoting are the keywords of The Italian Show. For this reason, during the day it will be possible to take part in Masterclasses at the Pizza Academy run by Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli, Tasting Lounge with the best pizza makers and local chefs from FIC UK,  Mixology Classes of Italian Spirits at the Bar Station and Wine Tastings in the Italian Enoteca area.

In addition, a Walk-around Exhibition area will be set up, where visitors can get in touch with F&B producers and protection consortia, taste products and network.

The Italian Pizza Show will also host the decade-old PAPA Awards Competitions, organised by The Pizza, Pasta and Italian Food Association. Pizza and pasta professionals in the UK will compete for victory in a number of different award categories.

The Italian Show – Pizza Edition is a brand by I Love Italian Food. The UK Edition is organised by Sicilian Chef Limited.
