INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE
Scamorza cheese, 18 oz
bread baguette, 3
anchovy paste, 2 spoons
olive oil, to taste
Cut the cheese into thinly slices and bread into thick slices.
Spread on slices of bread a thin layer of anchovy paste.
Put on the wooden skewers slices of cheese and bread.
Place the skewers on a baking tray and grease them lightly with oil.
Heat the grill to maximum temperature and when it will be fully heated, cook the skewers 4-5 minutes per side, turning them a few times.
Remove from grill and serve immediately.
