INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE
Water, 1 1/2 cup
White Sugar, 1 cup
In a pot on the stove, put the sugar and water.
Let it cool.
Blend the previously cleaned cantaloupe in a mixer until it becomes a puree.
Add the puree to the sugar and water syrup and mix.
Transfer cantaloupe mix into a gelato machine.
The sorbet will be ready in about 20 minutes.
