INGREDIENTS PER 2 PEOPLE
chicken breast slices, 2
extra virgin olive oil, to taste
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
basil, 6 leaves
cornmeal mush, 5 tablespoons
Beat the chicken slices with a tenderizer.
Prepare in a dish the egg with salt, pepper and a mix of basil.
In another dish put the cornmeal mush.
Roll the chicken slices into the mix of egg and then in the cornmeal mush.
Put the slices on a very hot De Longhi Contact Grill and turn them twice.
