INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE
whole milk, 6,7 fl oz
cream, 13,5 fl oz
nutella, 3,5 oz
crumbled biscuits, 1,7 oz
PROCEDURE
In a saucepan heat milk and add Nutella and sugar, let them melt completely.
Mix well and let it cool in the fridge for few hours. Then add cream to the mix.
Pour it into the Gelato maker – previously cooled in the freezer – and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions (about 40-45 minutes).
Serve and add crumbled biscuits.
