After two years, we go back over the city of Cologne with our 100per100italian Experience, the evening dedicated to Made in Italy during the ANUGA fair.

This year, the event will be realized in collaboration with Cibus International, which has became an established platform for the food industry and an international reference event for the Italian agro-food industry in the last 35 years, and together with Anuga/Koelnmesse, which organizes more than 80 fairs and events every year not only in the city of Cologne, but within the major international markets.

Our 100per100italian Experience will involve our network of international professionals and it is realized thanks to the support and collaboration of Moretti ForniLa Casearia Carpenedo, Master, Parmareggio, DHL, Pomì, Le 5 Stagioni, Sicily Pro Export (De Gregorio, Macaluso, Tomarchio, Campo D’Oro, Pennisi).

During the evening there will be pizza performances, tastings of made in Italy excellences, such as Parmigiano Reggiano and a selection of refined cheeses, Sicilian specialties, the legendary potato gnocchi and a tasting of Italian focaccia. All paired with a selection of wines, of course, 100% Italian.

The 100per100 Italian Experience, only by invitation, will be held on Sunday, October 8, from 6.30 pm, on the 28th floor of KolnSky.
