brown sugae, 2 tbsp
the juice of 1 lime (the juice of 1 lemon)
Mirto Bianco (white myrtle), 2,7 fl. oz

White & Green cocktail with myrtle, the most famous Sardinian liqueur, is quick and easy to prepare: cut into slices a green apple taking care to remove the central part (but not the peel) and place in a mixing “boston” glass. Add 2 teaspoons of brown sugar, a tablespoon of lemon juice (less if you use lime) and press vigorously with a pestle until you have a puree. Pour 8 cl of white Mirto Silvio Carta, fill with ice cubes and shake well and long. Sift the liquid well into a granity glass or tumbler, filled previously with crushed ice. Mix well with a stirrer, garnish with a slice of green apple and two straws. Serve and quench your thirst, it’s yummy!
