INGREDIENTS PER 2 PEOPLE

whole wheat bread with flax seeds, 4 slices
garlic, 1 clove
Tuscan extra virgin olive, as needed
yellow (or red) cherry tomatoes, 2
fresh basil, a few leaves
freshly ground black pepper or chilli powder
dried oregano

PROCEDURE

Toast the bread and immediately rub it with garlic. Arrange a dried tomato on each slice of bread ,
half cherry tomato, some basil leaves, a sprinkle of oregano, black pepper or chilli,
and finally a drizzle of oil. Serve while the bread is still warm.
