Minced almonds, 7.05 oz
Dark chocolate, 5.3 oz
Butter, 7.05 oz
Sugar, 8.8 oz
Eggs, 5
Salt, a pinch
Powdered sugar, to taste
Unsweetened cocoa powder, 0.9 oz
PROCEDURE
Break up the chocolate and melt it with the butter in a double boiler. Once melted, pour it into a bowl and add the sugar and unsweetened cocoa powder, previously mixed.
Add the chopped almonds and the eggs to the dough; stir well until the mixture is compact and dense.
Grease a baking dish and pour in the dough; level the surface with a spoon. Preheat the oven to 338°F on static mode.
Bake at 338°F for 40 minutes.
