INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE
chicken fillets, 2
red pepper, 1
black pepper, to taste
aromatic herbs, to taste
rocket, to taste
Cut the meat into pieces of 2cm each (choose between chicken, sausage, pork).
Rinse the onion and red pepper, cut them into pieces.
Season the meat with black pepper and aromatic herbs.
Soak the wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes.
Put on skewer alternating the meat, the onion and the pepper onto the skewers.
Preheat the BARBECUE 60X – De’Longhi to the highest temperature.
Grill the skewers 5 minutes per side, until they are crisp but not burned.
Serve with fresh rocket.
