INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE
spaghetti, 14 oz
“Pachino” or “datterini” tomatoes (or other little sweet tomatoes)
genuine clams, 2 lb 3 oz
garlic, 1 clove
extra virgin olive oil
In a pan, put plenty of extra virgin olive oil with garlic, brown and remove the garlic before it becomes blackish. Put cherry tomatoes cut into halves; and after five minutes add the clams.
When the clams are open,remove the pan from the heat .
Drain spaghetti al dente and move them in the pan, sprinkle with a little of parsley, and pan-fry on high heat for a few minutes.
