INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE

cream, 2 cups
gelatin, 3 sheets
saffron, a sachet
red fruits, 5,3 oz
zucchero, 7 tbsp

PROCEDURE

Soak the gelatin in cold water in a small saucepan heat the cream with saffron powder but be careful not to let it get to a boil is very important.
Add the softened gelatin and continue stirring. Pour into molds and place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
For the coulis, in a small saucepan add the red fruits mixed and the sugar, then cook until it forms a sort of sauce along with red fruits that split open. Allow to cool.
Serve the panna cotta with the coulis and some fresh red fruits.
