INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE

Eggs, 4
Sugar, 4,2 oz
Flour, 4,2 oz
Baking powder, ½ tsp
Vanillin
Whipping cream, 8,5 fl. oz
Strawberries, 1 punnet
Kiwis, 3
Powdered sugar, to taste

PROCEDURE

Put the egg whites in a bowl, and whisk egg yolks with sugar. Incorporate egg, flour, baking powder and vanillin then stir until frothy. Spread the mixture on a baking tray covered with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes at 356 °F.
Once cooked and still warm, move the sponge on a towel, sprinkled with powdered sugar, and roll it up.

For the filling, wash and chop strawberries and kiwi then combine them with some whipped cream. Stuff the sponge with it and roll. Dust with powdered sugar and serve in slices.
