INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE

lemon
white celery, 1 stalk
fennel, 1
mild or strong Provolone Valpadana, 10,6 oz
lettuce heart, 1
tomatoes, 2
a few cucumbers
german sausages, 2
black pitted olives

PROCEDURE

Wash the vegetables then arrange the lettuce leaves around the edge of a salad bowl, placing the sliced tomato, fennel, celery, cucumbers on top. Season with extra vermin olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper. Add the strips of Provolone Valpadana, diced sausage and the black olives. Mix again and serve it. If you’re using strong Provolone Valpadana, season it along with the vegetables to give it more flavor.
