The “Prosciutto Crudo of Montagnana” is an italian ham quality.
This ham is produced and aged for at least 12 months in the Montagnana town that is an historical village in the Padua province.

The tradition requests this ham is done only with “Pesante Padano” Pork grown and butchered in the North of Italy. All the processing is still done manually.

According to the Mediterranean Diet 50 g of ham is an excellent source of protein in a meal.

Every year Montagnana celebrates his ham with a festival of events in the second half of the month of May.

Joining the party also allows tourists to visit the town that is the walled city of the Veneto region that best preserves its medieval walls.
