Chicken breast, 14 oz
Cooked ham (slices), 1 oz
Flour, 5.3 oz
Butter, 1.7 oz
White wine, 3,4 fl oz
Egg yolk, 1

PROCEDURE

Put the flour, the egg yolk, the butter and the wine in a food processor.
Combine until the dough forms into a ball. If the dough is too sticky or dry, add additional flour or water.
Stretch out the dough on a working surface using a rolling pin.
Place the ham slices on the dough, then place the chicken breast and roll up.
Bake for 60 minutes in preheated oven at 356°F, turned on static mode.
