Cold corn Mush, 3 Oz
Pear,

Butter, 1 Knob
Salt
Pepper
Parmigiano Reggiano
PROCEDURE
Put the slices of polenta on your grill. In a frying pan melt some butter and add the pear, cut into slices. Let it cook for a while until golden brown, then add salt and pepper. Take polenta slices, put on every one a slice of pear and a thin shave of Parmigiano Reggiano . Put in the oven on grill mode for about 3′, to let the cheese melt.
