INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE
pizza dough, 1 block per person
tomato sauce, 8,5 oz
mozzarella cheese, 3 cups
rocket, 3,5 oz
dried oregano
extra virgin olive oil
balsamic vinegar
Parmigiano reggiano
PROCEDURE
Flatten the pizza dough and spread on the base some passata or tomato sauce – a thicker sauce will make your pizza less watery and the base crunchier.
Add mozzarella cubes and a sprinkle of dried oregano,
Bake pizza in the oven (better if wood oven) for about 25 minutes, til the crust gets golden.
Pizza is ready when, lifting the base with a fork, it is crunchy.
Add rocket leaves and some parmigiano flakes, then, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Your pizza is ready!
