INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE
salt, 1 tsp
olive oil, 1 tbsp
all purpose flour, 4 cups
water, 1 cup
tomato sauce, 8,8 oz
mozzarella cut into cubes, 11 oz

Put in a bowl the water with the yeast and sugar , gradually add the flour and blend with your hands. Add the salt and the oil. Moved the mixture on a work surface and kneaded for 10 minutes. Model a smooth ball without lumps. Divide into 4 pieces and move it to a floured tray with high sides , cover with plastic wrap or a damp towel .
