INGREDIENTS PER 2 PEOPLE
chicken fillet, 14.11 oz
extra virgin olive oi,l 1 cup
dried bay leaves, 5
salt, to taste
In a bowl, pour the oil, squeeze the lemon and chop bay leaves.
Add salt and dip the chicken into the oil.
Allow the meat to rest for at least an hour.
Heat the grill to maximum temperature and place the slices of chicken. After a few minutes turn them over to finish cooking.
