INGREDIENTS PER 3 PEOPLE
pasta like penne, 7 oz (other medium size pasta)
fresh goat cheese to taste
mascarpone, 1 tsp
sweet ham, 2-3 slices
Peel the figs,cut them in slices and sauté’ with onion in warm oil for few minutes.
Mix the mascarpone with goat cheese using the pasta cooking water that you have brought to boiling in the meantime.
Add the pulp of figs previously prepared with the mascarpone cream and Parma ham to the pasta.
