INGREDIENTS PER 8 PEOPLE
flour, 1 + 1/2 cup
sunflower oil, 1/2 cup
brown sugar, 1/2 cup
vanilla seeds, 2 tsp
grounded cinnamon, 1 tsp
almond milk, 1/2 cup (soy milk, 1/2 cup)
baking powder, 2 tsps
diced pears, 1 + 1/2
Preheat oven to 180°C. Melt the sugar with oil, add vanilla and cinnamon and set aside. In
another bowl mix the dry ingredients. Add milk to the oil mixture, whisk well. Add the dry
ingredients to the wet ones and stir until well combined. Add the pear and stir.
Pour the batter into a loaf tin and bake for 50′, check with a toothpick if ready.
