cream, 1 cup
parmigiano reggiano

butter, 3 tbsp
garlic
pappardelle (Italian pasta), 10,6 oz
PROCEDURE
Take a pan, put in garlic and butter; later add the mushrooms in small pieces and cook it for a few minutes. Cook the chestnuts (in microwave oven if you want) and cut it. Add the speck and the chestnuts to the pan with mushrooms. In another pan cook the pappardelle, and add a drop of cooking water in the sauce. Add the pasta with cream, salt and pepper. Parmigiano reggiano it’s a good elements for this special and good pasta! Enjoy it!
