INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE

pepper
olive oil
anchovies, 5-6
bavette (Italian pasta), 12 or 14 oz (spaghetti, 12 or 14 oz)
ripe cherry tomatoes, 4-5
salt
butter, 3 tbsp

PROCEDURE

Clean the anchovies and cut in small pieces. Take another pan and cook the anchovies with butter and pepper. Clean and cut the cherry tomatoes and add them to the anchovies. Cook all for 3 minutes. Take the pasta and cook it in the pan with water for 7 minutes. Later drip the pasta and mix it with sauce of anchovies. If you want, you can add more pieces of anchovies, parsley or bread crumbs! Enjoy and taste it!
