INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE

Flour, 9,3 Oz
Cold melted butter, 3,2 Oz
Warm water, 2,8 Oz
Eggs, 2
Honey, 2,1 Oz
A pinch of salt
Dried yeast, 0,1 Oz

PROCEDURE

In a large bowl mix together eggs, honey, water, salt and butter, and stir well.
Add the flour and the yeast and quickly stir with a fork.
The dough will be smooth and wet.
Cover the dough and leave it in a warm place to rise for 2 hours, then place it into the fridge and leave it there for 48 hours.
Divide the dough into small buns and place them in a pan.
Cover and allow to rise for 1-2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Remove the dough covering, gently brush the buns with milk, sprinkle with a small amount of grain of sugar, and bake for 25 minutes.
