INGREDIENTS PER 1 PEOPLE
Italian “espressso” coffee, 1 per person
Mirto rosso (Red Myrtle), 1,7 fl, oz
white cream de cacao, 1/2 tsp
cocoa powder to garnish
PROCEDURE
Mirtish Coffee is an after dinner cocktail with myrtle, Sardinia’s most famous liqueur.
Take a shaker, fill with ice cubes and pour a cup of espresso, add 5 cl of Red Myrtle together with a very small dose of white Crème de Cacao.
Shake well and pour the product obtained in a double martini cocktail glass, garnish the cocktail with a little of cocoa powder. Taste and enjoy!
