PROCEDURE

First action to do is preparing the pesto: wash the basil in a mortar and add a clove of garlic. While beating the pest with a wooden mallet you need to add a pinch of salt to make the best mix. When the mixture is completely mixed in the mortar you must add oil and parmesan. In the pot prepare the maccheroni, once they are cooked just mix them with pesto into the pan and add the Parmesan cheese. The dish is ready to serve.
