INGREDIENTS PER 5 PEOPLE
For the syrup:
Water, 8 Oz
Caster sugar, 5 Oz
For the lemonade:
Lemon juice, 8 Oz
Cold water, 33 Oz
PROCEDURE
For the syrup melt the sugar and water in a saucepan over moderate heat, stirring until it becomes transparent. Remove from heat and let cool.
Meanwhile, squeeze the lemons, (4 lemons to get 250 ml of juice), add the sugar syrup to it. Put in a large pitcher and add the remaining water to dilute. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
