All purpose flour or 0 flour: 3 Oz
Curry powder, 1/8 teaspoon
Turmeric, 1/8 teaspoon
Salt, 1 Pinch
Nigella Seeds, 1 pinch
Caraway or Cumin seeds, 1 Pinch
+Whole or low-fat Natural yogurt of your Choice, 3 Oz


Put the dry ingredients in a bowl, mix with a whisk, then add yogurt and stir with a spoon. Knead the dough on a floured surface until you get a smooth and homogeneous sphere. Divide the dough in two. Heat a non-stick pan, roll out the dough using a rolling pin, one piece at a time, until you get a very thin round flat bread. Cook it for a few minutes on each side, and proceed with the other piece of dough. Keep the piadina in a plastic bag or under a clean dish towel, as this will keep it pliable.
