INGREDIENTS PER 3 PEOPLE
gnummareddi, 21,16 oz
chiles, 7,05 oz
extra virgin olive oil, 1 cup
salt, to taste
mint leaves, to taste
Wash and cut the peppers into small pieces.
Pour the peppers in a jar and add the oil. Let the mixture stand for a few hours.
Insert a long skewer into the gnummareddi. Chop the mint and place it on the meat.
Heat the grill to maximum temperature and place the skewers on it. Close the grid to grill the skewers on both sides. After about ten minutes turn them on the other side.
Pour the chili mixture over the meat. Add a pinch of salt before serving.
