This dish is a classic: try it yourself!
500 g of gnocchi
250 g of mozzarella
100 g of Parmesan
Boil the gnocchi in salted hot water for a couple minutes (they are ready when they come afloat), drain them. Place the gnocchi mixed with the tomato sauce and Parmiggiano cheese in a pan, cover them with the mozzarella finely sliced, add tomato sauce, Parmesan. Bake it at high temperature (240°/460 F) until the cheese is melted. Serve them hot in a plate for pasta.
