Pecorino Romano, 5 Oz
Tomatoes Pizzutello, 7-8
Red Onion, 1
Parsley
Basil
Extra virgin Olive Oil
Salt
Vinegar
Sugar

PROCEDURE

Beat the eggs with cheese and parsley, stuff peppers and fry them for 7-8 minutes.
In another pan, put some oil, the onion, chopped tomatoes and basil.
Add salt and sauté them for 4-5 minutes, then add a splash of vinegar and a tablespoon of sugar, cook for another 4-5 minutes, then add the peppers you previously fried.
Cook this dish a few hours before eating.
