INGREDIENTS PER 2 PEOPLE

sea bass fillets, 4
breadcrumbs
garlic, 1 clove
extra virgin olive oil, 4 tsp
fresh herbs, (rosemary, parsley, sage)
salt, to taste
white pepper, to taste

PROCEDURE

Wash tomatoes and basil leaves.
Mix together into the blender the aromatic herbs, the breadcrumbs, the garlic, a pinch of pepper.
Place the fillets on a large plate, then oil each one with 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
Cover with the herb breadcrumbs and press a little bit.
Preheat the BARBECUE 60X – De’Longhi to the highest temperature.
Cook the fillets on the hot grill for 5 min on each side.
Season with a pinch of salt and serve, at your leisure, with french fries.
