INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE
fettuccine (Italian pasta), 10, 6 oz (another type of long pasta)
olive oil, 5 tbsp
parsley, 3 tbsp
porcini mushrooms, 1 lb
soft fruits (currant, blueberries, raspberries…), 7 oz
garlic, 2 cloves
PROCEDURE
Wash the mushrooms and the mix berries. Cut the mushrooms in pieces and put them in a pan with garlic and olive oil. Join parsley and salt; cook all together. Later cook fettuccine in a pan with water and salt for 8 miutes. Drain the pasta and add the mushroom sauce. If the sauce is too much dry, add the cooking water. Add the mix berries and taste! Bon appetite.
