INGREDIENTS PER 12 PEOPLE
Ingredients for the base:
– Flour, 10,6 oz.
– Sugar, 3,5 oz.
– Melted butter, 3,5 oz.
– Egg, 1
– Baking powder, 0,6 oz.
For the cream:
– Dark chocolate, 3,5 oz.
– Sugar, 3,5 oz.
– Ricotta, 17,6 oz.
PROCEDURE
In the first bowl: mix together the flour, the sugar and the baking powder; add the melted butter, stir, and then add the egg. Stir until you get big crumbs.
Pour ¾ of the crumbs in a baking pan covered with parchment paper.
In the second bowl: mix the ricotta with the sugar. Mince the chocolate until you get medium/small pieces, then add them to the mix.
Pour the cream on the previously made base, cover the cream with the rest of the crumbs and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes.
