Bread, 7 oz
Capers, 1.7 oz
Pine nuts, 0.7 oz
Raisins, 1.7 oz
Candied fruits, 1.7 oz
Cooked ham, 1.7 oz

PROCEDURE

Cut the bread into 8 slices.
Finely mince the cooked ham, capers, pine nuts, raisins and the candied fruits using a sharp knife.
Stir well, then arrange the bread slices on a baking tray covered with parchment paper.
Toast the bread slices in pre-heated oven, turned on grill mode at 392°F.
Take the slices of bread out of the oven, top them with the prepared mixture and serve.
