55 minutes

Self raising flour, 10 Oz
Eggs, 3
Corn oil, 3.38 Oz
Milk, 6.76 Oz
Dark chocolate chips, 5 Oz
Sugar, 5 Oz
Vanilla essence, 1 tbsp
Confectionery sugar, to sprinkle
Salt, to taste

Preheat your oven at 356 F.
Whip the yolks with the sugar until pale and creamy. Then slowly pour the oil in the egg mixture, add the sifted flour and the vanilla essence. Add the milk and mix well. You need to get a smooth but not to runny consistency. Add extra milk if the consistency is too dry. Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt to get a firm consistency.
Gently stir the eggs into the mixture with the chocolate chips. After stirring well, but gently, mix the ingredients well. Then pour the mixture into a greased round baking tin (8/66 inch) and cook for about 45 minutes. Serve with a light sprinkle of confectionery sugar.
