Whole wheat flour, 3.5oz
Butter, 1+0.7 oz

Milk, 5fl oz

Brandy, 3tbsp

Preheat the oven to 356°F, turned on conventional (static) mode. In a bowl mix the flour, 1.06 oz of butter, the egg, 1.06 oz of sugar, 5.07 fl oz of milk and a dash of table salt, to obtain the batter.
Cook 6 crepes in a little nonstick pan (4.7 inches diameter), 30 seconds per each side. Place them in a small silicon mold and cut the excess off.
Put the pan in hot oven for 15 minutes. Peel the apples and cut them into little cubes. In a pan heat 0.71 oz of butter, add the apples, pine nuts, raisins, 1.06 oz sugar, rosemary then add brandy until reduced (total time 10 minutes). Add cinnamon and nutmeg.
Distribute the apple mixture in the baskets. Enjoy your meal.
