INGREDIENTS PER 6 PEOPLE
Slices of Scamorza cheese , 5
Breadcrumbs ,1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Oil to taste
Quickly wash sprouts under running water, cut the stem and the first leaves.
Steam them for about 15 minutes then, put them in a pan with a little oil.
Cut scamorza into slices and cover the sprouts with it; finally add breadcrumbs.
Bake for about 10-15 minutes at 200° and serve hot with melted scamorza cheese.
