Peaches, 4
Vanilla essence, 1 tbsp
Brown sugar, 4 tbsp
Toasted almond’s flakes, 3 tbsp
Vanilla ice cream


Heat the oven up at 392F under grill mode.
In a large baking tin put 3 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of water and 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence. Put it over a source of heat and melt the sugar, keep stirring all the time.
Cut the peaches into halves, then remove the stone and put them over the baking tin, the cut side up. Sprinkle the peaches with brown sugar, then grill them in the oven for 20 minutes. When grilling, leave the oven door slightly ajar. The sugar should caramelize and go a brownish colour. Serve warm with the vanilla ice cream and the toasted almond flakes.
